You are seasoned but not tired; you are well presented; articulate; confidential; skilled and want to work at a firm where you are important, relevant and counted. You will also report in to Switzerland. You will be keen to work here as you will be joining early in their journey – but not to worry re them being a new firm they have worked in the industry for many years and they have worked with their ‘backers’ as clients for even more.
JOB DESCRIPTION WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO:
- You will be required to network and develop professional connections in this very discreet and skilled client base; multi-jurisdictional and multi banked families and clients;
- You will be required to maintain appropriate skills and knowledge in order to provide specialist, professional advice; albeit that the investment decisions are outsourced but managed;
- You will be required to be client-focused, with a desire and ability to communicate frequently with clients regarding their investments and performances;
- You will be required to conduct periodic reviews with individual clients as agreed with the client.
CORE COMPETENCIES REQUIRED, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- You are a committed, driven, results orientated individual who is able to build a relationship of trust both with existing and potential clients as well as referral networks;
- You have the ability to leverage this relationship of trust to achieve set annual targets for new business;
- You are technically excellent, well trained and up to date in order to deliver results;
- You are well-presented and eloquent. The company’s wealth managers are a cut above in all respects;
- You have the desire to always make a supreme effort in all aspects of how we treat our valued clients;
- You have an existing book of clients would be a distinct advantage.
CORE QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- You are an experienced wealth manager, who would like to work at a top outfit who really understand this market share and are best placed to service them, globally. You are NOT in the market per say – but are interested in this outstanding offering to highly discerning clients.
- You have current, relevant work experience in the relevant field with offshore offerings and clients; this will be interrogated
- You have a CFA, CFP;
